Description
Aluminum Tank Industries L-Shape DOT approved Refueling Transfer Tank are legal in all 50 states for gasoline, kerosene, methanol, diesel, and aviation fuel when dispensing fuel with a fuel pump.
L-Shape refueling tanks range in size from 47 to 100 gallons and are designed to fit both short bed and long bed pickup trucks.
ATI L-shape Refueling Tanks are designed to be used with a crossover style toolbox or chest box. The bottom of the L-shape fits under most standard toolboxes.
The fuel tank can also be installed in reverse so the fuel tank can be removed without removal of your toolbox. The Two – 2” bungs allow for reversing the fuel fill cap and fuel transfer pump to the side you prefer best.
Standard aluminum transfer tanks are only designed to hold fuel pumps up to 15 gpm or 30 pounds of weight. Heavier fuel pumps require a heavy duty severe series aluminum tank.
ATI L-Shaped Refueling Transfer Tank Sizes:
- 47 gallon – 36.25″L x 30″W x 19″H fits short beds

*The 80 & 95 gallon sizes have mounting tabs that start at 3 inches from the front of the tank and extend 8 inches down the tank. The 80 & 95 gallon tanks will be able to fit between the wheel well of short bed trucks as long as the wheel well starts greater than 11 inches from the front of the cab and the distance between the wheel wells is greater than 48.5 inches.
The 95 gallon HD size is a heavy duty tank with 50% thicker aluminum plate (.19″ thickness) compared with the standard sizes. The heavy duty aluminum plate is designed for flatbed trucks and rougher conditions.
